Your CV and documents

Raw uploaded files stay in your current session. Extracted document text and supported images or PDFs may be sent to our AI processing service to generate your CV or letter. Optional profile photos are processed locally and are not sent to AI. Converter files are processed on your device. Explicitly saved CV and letter versions, source evidence and optional normalized photos are stored privately in your account. Public profiles and recruiter discovery are opt-in.

Optional advertising

Optional Google AdSense advertising may use cookies or device storage, your IP address, browser details and ad interactions to deliver, personalize and measure ads. CV documents and contact details are not shared for advertising. Rejecting ads does not affect free CV creation or downloads. Change your choice in Advertising settings.

Google LLC and the advertising providers disclosed in Google’s consent message receive permitted advertising information. Advertising is limited to CV tips and Converter, away from file controls; the CV builder and private document pages do not display ads. Advertising is currently disabled while the site is under review.

Consent and withdrawal

Use Advertising settings at the bottom of any page to allow or reject advertising. Rejection is as easy as acceptance and does not affect free features. We store your choice, time, country if available, notice version and earlier choices in this browser to preserve acceptance and withdrawal history. This is not linked to your account or uploaded documents. Notice version: 2026-10-22-v1.

European Economic Area, UK, Swiss and unknown-region visitors also require a valid Google-certified consent message before ads can be requested. The Google consent provider keeps its own consent record. Use Manage Google consent to change those choices when available. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. US advertising stays disabled pending a verified state-regulation integration. Choices take effect for future requests and across open tabs; blocked activity is never replayed. Withdrawal cannot undo information already sent.

Visitor counters

We count page visits, sign-ups and successful document downloads with a sanitized launch-source tag. These counters do not contain CV content, email addresses or phone numbers, and are separate from advertising measurement. Our hosting and processing services may handle technical request information necessary to operate and protect the site.

Accounts and private versions

Signing in allows you to save and reopen versions. Saved documents are private to their owner. You control whether to publish a professional summary or participate in recruiter discovery. Advertising providers do not receive your account details or saved documents from CVGreat.
